Pretty in Pink

A nice twist on this  recipe for Peach and Sorrel Salad was provided by Lisa at Keuka Oil Company in Hammondsport. For a dressing, she suggested that we try this instead:

Mimosa Champagne Vinegar paired with Butter Extra Virgin Olive Oil, seasoned with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Pink Peppercorns.

We gave out samples at the Farmers’ Market this morning and folks loved it. We added blueberries to the mix and that really added smiles!
