Curried Yellow Squash Soup

Stir up some onions in olive oil in a deep pot. Add a teaspoon each of curry powder and cumin and half a teaspoon a garam masala. When onions are translucent add 3 to 4 medium sized yellow squash cubed along with 2 cups of vegetable broth. When squash is tender, puree the mixture and serve with a garnish of yogurt or mint chutney or both.
