Just stirred up some black rice pasta with ramps. Here’s how we did it…
The black rice pasta is by King Soba Noodle Culture and we made the full package which is supposed to be 4.5 servings. We had leftovers and that is OK.
Ramp and Clam Sauce Over Pasta
With hot olive oil in a skillet, add about 2 cups of chopped ramps, one can of clams, plus 1/2 cup of white wine and 2 T of butter, plus, if you have them, about 3 T of chopped chives. Bring to a foam then take off the heat.
When pasta is done and rinsed in cold water add to the skillet and stir to mix well. Plate the hot pasta and top with fresh chopped ramps and chives.
Clams are great for building platelets and ramps are great for cleansing just about anything. Enjoy!
